ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY POSITION

LawrenceQueen, an established boutique employment law firm in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-5 years of experience in employment law or a related practice area. 

The Associate Attorney will be directly involved in all aspects of the practice of employment law, and will provide legal representation and advice to clients, conduct case assessments, and negotiate and litigate cases in various administrative forums as well as in federal and state court. This position is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in joining a small firm that offers a dynamic practice area, high degree of client contact, significant variety of legal venues, and the opportunity to handle cases independently. Admission to the Virginia State Bar is required. Administrative hearing or court experience is preferred. Portable business is not required.

Compensation package includes base salary ($75,000 - $95,000 per year), bonus, bar dues, memberships, CLE, malpractice insurance, short and long term disability, retirement match, and parking.
